TapDance® for Work Force Development is a complete, newly updated, skills
testing package utilizing the latest Internet 2.5 platform technology to provide
unsurpassed reliability and stability in the delivery, administration, scoring and
reporting of tests. Our online package, developed specifically for use to
assist with training and development of individuals in transition and re-entry into
the workplace, was completely revised in 2008 after extensive research. All
test content was reviewed for relevance and level of difficulty by subject matter
experts within existing customers.
The new TapDance® for Work Force Development includes MS Word and Excel tests
together with a wide range of keyboard skills tests. All test content is job
relevant and content relevant for use in Work Force Development applications.
In addition, all skill tests in the package conform to EEOC and Dept of Labor
guidelines for validity and reliability.
TapDance® for Workforce Development is licensed on an annual subscription
basis. That means your public service organization can test from multiple
computers using any browser for a single low fixed annual cost. All upgrades,
technical support and records storage is included in the annual subscription.
No additional fees for units used or number of tests administered are required.
All TapDance® Skills Tests come with unlimited administration. Whether your
public sector organization has a single location or is multi-location and
geographically dispersed, you never have to be concerned about paying for test units
or test administrations. One subscription covers all locations and allows up to
ten people to be tested simultaneously. That means your organization can test
ten people continuously all day every day for the cost of our current single
subscription price. Large organizations who may need additional bandwidth to
test more than ten people at a time may add subscriptions at any time.
