TapDance Timed Typing
TapDance® timed typing test package allows companies to test keystroke text in
a (word per minute) WPM speed and overall WPM accuracy. The computer keyboard
typing skills of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees are easily
administered online. The program can be used for pre-employment testing or for
training. Reports are immediately available via email or login using the My Account
tab. The timed typing test packages contain content that are industry specific
meaning that all content within the timed typing test packages are linked to actual
typing text within hiring organizations.
The TapDance timed typing test packages have been developed by Ph.D. level
industrial/organizational psychologists. All pre-employment timed typing tests are
content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection
and Assessment. Each timed typing test is internet based. Results are checked
