TapDance® Sorting Tests
TapDance® Sorting tests allow companies to test computer keyboard skills and
basic skills knowledge of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees.
The Sorting Tests are valid instruments that require the ability to sort lists
using a number of criteria such as customer records, dates, cases pending –
law, payments due, assignments to employees, tasks to be completed. Each series
requires either ascending or descending order format. Sorting test content are
business related general or industry specific versions.
Organizations may customize content quickly utilizing our team of skilled IT
professionals.
All TapDance® tests are developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational
psychologists. All tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform
Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment.
Each test is internet based. Results are checked for Accuracy of data input as
well as the Overall Skill Level achieved in completing the Sorting tasks.
The TapDance® test reports achieve a new level of ease and sophistication in
normative based reporting. Employers can easily see performance of the
applicant along a Percentile Score graphical chart representing the overall
competency measured.
