TapDance® Grammar Tests
TapDance® Grammar tests allow companies to test computer keyboard skills of
job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees.
The Grammar Tests are valid instruments that measure all aspects of sentence
structure, syntax, and language rules.
More specifically, the Grammar Test assesses skills in six critical areas:
- usage
- capitalization
- abbreviation
- plural words
- possessives
- conjugations.
The Grammar test packages are industry specific as well in that all content
within the tests are linked to actual work processed by the hiring
organization. Organizations may customize content quickly utilizing our team of
skilled IT professionals.
All TapDance® tests are developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational
psychologists. All tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform
Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment.
Each test is internet based. Results are checked for Accuracy of data input as
well as the Overall Skill Level achieved in completing the Grammar Test tasks.
The TapDance® test reports achieve a new level of ease and sophistication in
normative based reporting. Employers can easily see performance of the
applicant along a Percentile Score graphical chart representing the overall
competency measured.
