TapDance® Coding Tests
TapDance® Coding tests allow companies to test computer keyboard skills and
basic skills knowledge of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees.
The Coding Tests are valid instruments that require the use of interpretive charts
to re-code data from a previous format to a current format. Examples include
acquisition and recoding of customer records, changes in inventory control systems or
other types of data used in financial services, banking, public service and
law. Requires attention to detail, accuracy and ability to review multiple
criteria where speed and accuracy are important.

All TapDance® tests are developed by Ph.D. level industrial/organizational
psychologists. All tests are content valid skills tests and adhere to the Uniform
Guidelines on Employee Selection and Assessment.
Each test is internet based. Results are checked for Accuracy of data input as
well as the Overall Skill Level achieved in completing Coding tasks.
The TapDance® test reports achieve a new level of ease and sophistication in
normative based reporting. Employers can easily see performance of the
applicant along a Percentile Score graphical chart representing the overall
competency measured.
