TapDance® Coding Tests
TapDance® Coding tests allow companies to test computer keyboard skills and basic skills knowledge of job applicants, job candidates, as well as employees.
The Coding Tests are valid instruments that require the use of interpretive charts to re-code data from a previous format to a current format. Examples include acquisition and recoding of customer records, changes in inventory control systems or other types of data used in financial services, banking, public service and law. Requires attention to detail, accuracy and ability to review multiple criteria where speed and accuracy are important.
